Quality Management Policy

Falat Pars Non-Destructive Testing Company, one of the companies providing inspection services, pursues its professional and committed activities in compliance with national and international standards, laws and regulations, and taking into account the dimensions of quality, safety, health and environment, in order to achieve the following goals:

  • Identifying and meeting the needs and expectations of customers and other stakeholders and striving to improve their satisfaction level;
  • Identifying and utilizing individual and group talents and improving the level of awareness, technical knowledge, and practical skills of employees with an education and knowledge management approach to improve the quality of services;
  • Increasing the use of new technologies and advanced laboratory and inspection equipment;
  • Efforts to prevent accidents, human injuries, and environmental pollution in order to reduce or control safety and health hazards, environmental aspects, and their risks, and to move towards managing and optimizing resource consumption;
  • Promoting a spirit of cooperation, punctuality, efficient discipline and order in order to respect and treat stakeholders with dignity;
  • Increasing the company's profitability by creating/increasing market share by focusing on inspection and testing services, entering new markets with evaluation and measurement gaps, and adding new services.
  • Adherence to ethical principles, impartialityIndependence and confidentiality

   In this regard, the organization's processes have been organized based on the international standards ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 17020:2013, and the aforementioned policies have been put at the forefront of activities in line with existing strategies. Therefore, I and all my colleagues commit to taking steps towards achieving the aforementioned goals, continuously improving activities, and increasing customer satisfaction as much as possible, and each of us will fulfill our share of responsibilities in this regard.                                  

Changes in internal and external issues, changes in stakeholder needs and expectations, as well as the results of management review meetings and feedback from the suggestion system can be used as a basis for reviewing the need to update this statement and ensuring its understanding at all levels of the organization.
